Feel free to ask your questions in the support forum. There, you can post topics - about anything that has to do with programming and web development - or send PMs (private messages) to me (the admin) or to one of the moderators. You will always get a response. Just make sure you post in the right board.
If, for some reason, you decide to contact me via e-mail, make sure to put "Shadow Codes Support" as the subject. Otherwise, there is a good chance that your e-mail might get ignored. Also, explain your question very well and give me the time to think. You probably will never be that lucky to receive a reply right away. Understand that I am a busy man and don't have much time on my hands.
Number three: the infamous Instant Messengers. You can try to "catch" me onlin in either Yahoo! or Windows Live! Messenger. Good luck with this one. Really now.
I, for one, suggest you to go with the forum. However, in an urgent situation, you can try to reach me online or via e-mail.
